workshop for fisherman & miniplant (3)32 small scale fishermen and workers from locally based tuna processing miniplants joined this workshop to give awareness to fishermen and regional workers active in the handline tuna industry in Moluccas about quality and safety procedures for the fish. These trainings are of utmost importance as the fishermen are the first people in the supply chain that contribute significantly to the fish quality before being exported to the international market.

The fishermen were excited about this workshop, requesting annual workshops.
